Human Development Council (HDC) is a non-profit
social planning council whose primary objective
is to build the community's capacity to
improve the social and economic well-being
of its residents.
Since its inception in 1979, the HDC has
been a constant source of ideas, information
and research. It acts as a catalyst for
positive, sustainable social change, and
promotes the understanding that social justice
is in everyone's interest.
