The Homeless Individuals and Families Information System (HIFIS) is a comprehensive data collection and case management system designed to better understand homelessness in our communities and to work collaboratively to address it. Under Reaching Home, the HDC is responsible for implementing and managing HIFIS in Saint John, Fredericton, and Moncton. Currently more than 30 agencies throughout New Brunswick, including all emergency shelters, use HIFIS to manage their data and perform daily activities.
